To transfer balance from Du number to another one, you can do one of these three methods: ^[1]

  • Step 1: Dial the code *121# from left to right.
  • Step 2: Add the phone number which you want to transfer balance.
  • Step 3: Add the amount of balance you want to transfer.
  • Step 4: Confirm the transfer process.
  • Step 5: Ensure that you receive a text message indicating the success of the transfer process.
• Second method:
  • Step 1: Dial the code *135# from left to right.
  • Step 2: Chose the 2 option (one2one) transfer from the list of services.
  • Step 3: Enter the phone number which you want to transfer balance.
  • Step 4: Enter the amount of balance.
  • Step 5: Ensure that you receive a text message indicating the success of the transfer process.
• Third method:
  • Step 1: Dial the code *121*phone number that you want to transfer balance*the amount of balance in AED#.
  • Step 2: Press on SEND option.
  • Step 3: Ensure that you receive a text message indicating the success of the transfer process.

Transfer Balance from Du to Du fees

Du announced that the balance transfer service (from me to you) is available through the two balance recharge options (More Time) and (Save More) shown on the balance recharge cards, so that there are no fees when customers transfer the balance through the (More Time) option, but a fee of 15 percent of the value of the amount transferred via the (Save More) option is collected. It is worth noting that the balance transferred under the (More Time) option is added to the recipient, which is characterized by its validity for life.
